Refunds & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or request a refund for a service, you may contact us at least 15 minutes before the project begins. You can choose to either:
- Request a refund (only applicable before the project starts).
- Reschedule your project to a later date (subject to availability).

Cancellations
Since our services are custom digital products, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after work has commenced.

No Refunds After Service Delivery
As we offer non-tangible, irrevocable services, we do not issue refunds once the service has been delivered. By purchasing any service from us, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Technical Issues & Fixes
While we ensure high-quality service, unexpected issues may arise. If there are any major defects, we will work to resolve them within 72 hours of notification. No refunds will be issued for technical errors; however, we will make every effort to fix them.
In some cases, we may require temporary access to your platform or files to diagnose and resolve issues. Failure to provide access may delay resolution.
Please note, we do not offer refunds due to compatibility issues, as all services are tailored by experts based on provided specifications.
